How do I reset or change my password?

If you've forgotten your password, or you're having trouble logging in to your ShopSpace4Rent account, you’ll need to reset your password.

If you need to reset your password:

  1. Go to the Log in link at the top of the page
  2. Click on the "Lost your password" link
  3. Enter the email address used to set up your account and click Submit

You'll be emailed a link to reset your password.

How long does it take to receive a reply on an inquiry?

We simply connect the renter and the space owner. It is up to each space owner to reach out to the renter based on the inquiries received. This site does not make any guarantees around response times. This timeframe is up to each space owner and many factors can influence the time between replies (i.e. number of inquiries received, the complexity of schedule, availability, and more).

How do I create an account?

If you don't have a Space4Rent Network account yet, Sign up here. All you need to sign up for an account is your name and email address. Signing up and creating an account is free.

What kinds of spaces can I list?

Currently this site is set up with detailed features and amenities specific to industrial Shop space, Warehouse space, Yard space, Office space, and Storage space.

How many times can I change which spaces are active and published?

There are no limits on how many times your active spaces can be adjusted. If you want to add a space but not publish it right away, you can set the space to "draft" and then later, set the new space to "active" when it is ready for others to view.

How many spaces can I list?

Website members can create an unlimited number of rental spaces. Spaces can be set as a "Draft" if you need to keep it hidden from public view, and then set it to "Active" once it is ready.

How do I list a rental space?
  1. First, you must be a Space4Rent Network member. Sign up to create an account
  2. From the Dashboard or Rental Spaces pages, click the "Create new" button
  3. Add general info, feature and amenity information about your space to the form
  4. Once saved, you may now choose to add photos or greater details
  5. When ready to publish and make your space visible to public users, change the space from "draft" to "active"
What makes this site different than other websites?

This site was created from within the construction industry. So many construction companies have made a significant investment in their facilities however when jobs are in progress, many of these facilities remain vacant or underutilized. This site creates a way to notify other companies of any vacancies which may help them on a temporary or long-term basis based on the location and timing of in-progress or upcoming jobs.

This site is different from other websites because of the focus on many amenities or features that are specific to industrial construction spaces such as Shop Bay sizes, door sizes, Fluids available, overhead cranes, parts storage, painting and welding bays, and many more!

How does your inquiry process work?

Since many organizations have existing and/or unique technologies and processes in place for managing their assets, Space4Rent Network sites are simply providing an easy method to connect businesses that do not require learning and integrating a new tool.

They create a much more detailed and tailored view specific to many industrial or commercial spaces. Inquiries including preferred contact details are directly provided to the landlords which then allows them to leverage their existing business processes, technologies, and legal agreements to rent out the space.
